These carriages form part of the Railway’s museum collection. They include examples from the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Trust (L&YRT) and the Vintage Carriages Trust (VCT), which have been restored to pristine condition, and in the case of the L&YRT coaches, two from use as bungalows when their railway life came to an end.

On Saturday 4 of the coaches were in use behind equally vintage Webb Coal Tank 1054
