    This is the exact scenario I try to avoid, makes me feel like a photo copier.

    I always avoid this sort of sheep gathering. Just use some initiative and try some thing new for your shot.

    Are you saying that if you found a good location with a good background, you wouldn't use it if other people were there? Are all your images taken over the years in solitude then? I think perhaps not !!!

    I shoot wildlife with several friends who've now become interested in steam. We often go out as a group to show them these locations (as we have in this pic) and the shot is taken by one of that group.

    It was done light heartedly for a bit of a laugh, if your not on the pic, there was no need for you to reply to the thread at all and certainly not in such an arrogant manner.

    Stuart, i had an idea you'd be close to the fence when I saw your pic the following day. I wish i could have met you to say thanks for the advice you gave me when i first started. I have, in the past, offered to buy you a pint but we've never managed to get together. ( which makes me wonder if you're a genuine Yorkshire lad LOL !!!!)
