Last booked trip to Cauldon Lowe for 2011

    33021 supporting 5199 again this Sunday for the last planned trip of the season,

    5199 leading from Kingsley + Froghall to Cauldon Lowe. 33021 leading on return.
    They get to do over 20 miles each on the two round trips, and its a good climb coming back out of the quarry.

    DMU running the CVR service in addition

    Subject to availability as always....etc

    Timetable is the blue train on here, DMU covering green.

    Another Steam trip now is advertised on the Churnet Valley Railway website.

    Same time's as always, on the 29th December 2011, which will run part on the winter warmers. Fingers crossed Black 5 44767 will drop on this, by the way, 44767 is due to arrive very soon!

    Locos will either be 5199 or 44767.
    Diesel loco should be 33021 unless other wise stated!
