    The Lavender Line (Isfield, East Sussex) will be hosting a Steam, Diesel and Vintage Transport weekend on October 6th and 7th. Resident 0-6-0ST "Austin 1" will be in steam, our restored Thumper will be running and Valiant, our Ruston diesel will be giving cab rides (small donation). Vintage transport in the form of traction engines, omnibuses, tractors and agricultural equipment as well as classic cars will be on display. Tickets are priced at £10 per adult and £7 per child. These tickets allow unlimited train rides. Site only tickets will be £5. The miniature railway will also be operational. The buffet "Cinders" will be open early for breakfast and hot and cold food will be available all day.
