    Looking at the Steam Dreams and RTC websites, it would appear both propmoters are advertising that they will be using 70013 on a tour to Lincoln that day - one from Newcastle and the other from King's Cross! UKsteam gives the Newcastle as being 70000, though will it actually be in service by then? Anyone know what the real plan is please?
