Llangollen Running Day, Saturday 27th June

Hi Folks,

The traction for our next four trip running day is D1566/47449. Hopefully she will behave this time, having run perfectly on her driver experience working a couple of weeks ago. Fuel lines have been cleaned and filters changed, this seems to have done the trick.

As I type this, two Group members are Booths bound, attempting to get a replacement oil cooler for 37240. The original one is a write off for now. Assuming the 'new' cooler is OK and doesn't need repairs, an attempt will be made to get it fitted and have her running in time for Saturday, but it's a tall order, hence why the 47 is confirmed as traction. I will communicate any changes here and in the other usual places, so watch this space.

We are on the verge of announcing some major changes to both the fleet and the group, which will hopefully be a big step forward for both the machines and people. All being well, these changes will be made public at the running day.
