Don't think anyone does one for 2mm but Isinglas Models, http://www.edgson.net/isinglas/ , has 4mm drawings for the Coronation and West Riding Beavertail Observation Cars (both versions) available as sheet 1 of the Coronation set.

any scale drawings will be ok as long as it has the orignal measurements of the BEVERTAIL on it. cause to work it out to scale you put in the real measurment divded by scale (RS divide by your model railway scale)

I just look at the website stated and for a full set it cost's £21.00!

Surely model rail would of had drawings (possibley) of a bevertail?

You do not need to buy the full set. Sheet 1 which covers the two versions of the observation cars is only £7.00.
