    Thanks to a very generous bequest from late volunteer Bill Ellesmere, the Carriage & Wagon Department's facilities at Winchcombe have been developed to include a paintshop, upholstery shop and carpentry workshop, which have now been formally opened by Lord Faulkner of Worcester, President of the Heritage Railway Association
