    A man arrested at Lowestoft railway station in Suffolk has been charged with a series of terrorism offences.

    Neil Lewington, 43, of Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, is accused of having two improvised explosive devices contrary to the Terrorism Act 2006. Mr Lewington is also suspected of having a UK members' handbook for the Nazi Waffen SS.
