    This hardback of 128 pages has fallen into my hands and I have no idea what to do with it.

    Any suggestions of how I might hand it on to someone who will appreciate it, most welcome.

    Interestingly it has an explanation of the white disc signal with the black band across it. But I thought signals were those long arm thingy, suspended on a gantry?
