    On the 45th!
    Sunday 13th June was the annual open day of the GTT depot that also houses the works of the Museo Ferroviario Piemontese. Some nice work in progress was on display before the exhibits move to the main museum at Savigliano. On display was the chassis of a 640 Class and looking to be coming along well. The boiler was in the shop being worked on as well so that should be the next loco to return to traffic to give the T3 a rest.

    I took several pictures and will try to get them uploaded. Awaiting it's turn was an USATC S160. Still with United States lettering on the tender.

    Electric traction was also present and the FTC (Ferrovia Torino Ceres) unit was begining to come together nicely.
