    We dropped by Midlands Railway on saturday, first time for while, there was nice balance of steam and Diecel. I also experamented with using just my Nikon V1 to do all the filming with the twin lens kit. Live view looked amazing, on refelection thats 10 megs and of course you only get two in HD, as such the result wasn't as wow. There was also times whne the focus woudl go on a walk about while filming, despite this I think I managed to get an acceptble result, however it only goes to show you can't beet a good camcorder.
