Miniature railway of the year 2010

    The ten and a quarter inch railway thought it would be a good idea to make an annual award for the most outstanding miniature railway each year. This proposal was published in Narrow Gauge World and nominations are now coming in. The closing date is 31st January and anyone is welcome to make a nomination. Open to any public railway under 2 foot or 60cm in gauge( Scarborough and smaller)

    We think this should be fun and give the winner a some useful publicity. A form of trophy will be provided. Rudyard is of course excluded from this competition.
