I've been searching high and low and can not get a hold of copies of the 'Narrow Gauge & Industrial Railway Modelling Review', I believe it to be 'volume 4 issue 29 spring 1997' containing details and drawings of Heywood stock that I am after. Mainly as to the construction of wagon chassis'. If anybody has a copy and are willing to scan and email me the info I would be most grateful.

    Hi,

Last time I was there the Welsh Highland shop at Porthmadog had a good stock of back issues, so worth giving them a call.

Also worth trying the magazine's own website as you may be able to order a copy direct from them too.

If that doesn't work then you could always try the British Library.

    Hope this helps.

I've tried the website and all the back issues I want are ones they don't have in stock, typical. I'll have to give the British Library a go, I didn't think of that, thanks.

    JB,

Andrew Neale, a supplier and dealer in New, Second-hand and Out of Print Books on Railway Transport and Industrial history, will able to supply you with one. Andrew had a copy of No.29 on his stall at 'Expong', a Narrow Gauge Model Railway Exhibition in Swanley, today (which was not sold). He told me that he has most issues of the 'Narrow Gauge & Industrial Railway Modelling Review' in stock.

Andrew Neale can be contacted at: 7 Vinery Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS4 2LB
    Tel: 0113 275 8314
    e-mail: books@railway-books.co.uk

    Regards,

    William
