New freight service links Holland with Slovakia

    ÖBB has begun operating a new direct container rail service between Holland and Slovakia.

    Containers can now be transported directly from a cargo terminal in Tilburg to the Slovakian capital of Bratislava twice a week.

    The new link has been launched through a partnership between ÖBB freight, Slovak Shipping and Ports, and Rail Port Brabant.
