The LMS Carriage Association website has been undergoing a redesign over recent (and not so recent) months, and has recently been uploaded to http://www.lmsca.org.uk/.

For the full announcement and a request for webmasters please visit http://groups.google.co.uk/group/lmsca-website/browse_thread/thread/f0f9bf84a4e2114e or http://tinyurl.com/lspwyg.

I will be sending this message to several lists today, so you may wish to wait and see if my message comes up before posting to any lists that will find this of interest.

    Best regards,

Hopefully, you will be pleased to know that the LMSCA website is once again fully functional, and delivering news of our activities at Rowsley & Wirksworth.

Please visit LMS Carriage AssociationLMS Carriage Association for the latest updates on our coaches, and ways in which you can start to support our activity.

As a small group of approximately 70 members we need all of the help we can get, if we are to succeed in our objectives of restoring a number of historically important LMS artefacts to working order.

We believe that there is a groundswell of opinion that would wish to see pre BR MK1 carriage stock operating upon the various Heritage Railways operating in this country. In order to achieve an LMS related contribution to this, we will need to grow significantly, in terms of Membership, Practical Support, and Financial Donations & Sponsorship.

Even if you only have a casual interest in what we are trying to achieve, you will find a visit to our updated website an interesting and informative read.

So enjoy LMS Carriage AssociationLMS Carriage Association as it fills a void in the available information on LMS carriages in preservation.

Thank You for your support and interest.
