Hi everyone just been on the Hornby web site today and I see that Hornby have introduced a few new train packs for southern railway fans. Anyone thinking about buying or asking someone to buy them for Xmas presents. But the price seems to be a bit high?

Yes those train packs look really good especially the BR black Schools, although I've already got Blundells so probably wont' get this one, and the Bournemouth Belle pack.

Interestingly the limited edition T9 with 3 Maunsell carriages pack costs £179:99 compared with the Bluebell's 50th Limited edition pack of Stepney and one blue Maunsell carriage costing £150. So it's makes the Bluebell's decision to set a price tag for their pack an even more of a ridiciulas over-priced rip-off.
