Just to remind everyone the NNR is holding its annual 1940's weekend on the 19th and 20th September. From looking at the roster it seems there will be 4 steam locos out so it looks as if it will be a great weekend!

N2, N7, City of Truro and Ring Haw. 4 sets. I guess there will be 3 Mk1 sets and the quads out.

Here's hoping the N2 stays married to the Quads on Sunday, unlike the Sunday of the Gala. :smt087

All the locos stay with 1 set all day so i assume N2 and quads.

As it hasn't been put on the website the current working diagram shows departures from sheringham every half hour from 9:00. The last departure is 17:42. First departure from Holt is 9:30 and the last is 18:15.

The N2 on the Quads departs Sheringham at 09:32, 11:32, 13:32 and 15:32 on both days. It also hauls the 17.42 off Sheringham, but not with the Quads.

I'm guard on the quads tomorrow, so remember to wave when I come past you, camera-less in the lovely sunshine!

Thanks for the N2 times Dave. All we need now is a sunny day on Sunday.
