A superb gala with a very varied selection of loco consists, a very enjoyable weekend and worth every penny (and hour spent getting to and from the place =D> ).

Well after having the laptop uploading for the majority of last night and today i've finally managed to upload a selection of clips from Saturday and Sunday with some clips from the photo shoot on Saturday evening. However due to uploading them in HD Quality i've being restricted to about 5 minutes of footage from each day. However due to our new Winter Steam 2009 DVD just being released i felt i would place some more clips within the trailer for people to see.

    Sunday's Footage

Bootiful footage as usual Simon, I was wondering why there was nothing of "Gresley" and "Cromwell" from you!

It's many years since I've been to the NNR, have they built a motorway across Norfolk yet.

Thanks, well the plan was to catch Cromwell at Crowle on our way down to Lincoln however due to the revised times it all went to pot, John went and filmed 60007 at Colton Jnc for me, but he said there was a car alarm going off and not much action for 60007 apart from the safety valve so haven't bothered to go get it yet.

Well i rather enjoyed the NNR, superb little line with plenty going on ;), and nope, no motorway was all little roads from not far after Lincoln.

I know i saw your photo and was like Wowww! Great minds think a like, btw the photo came out superbly :) And also the one of 60007 on the viaduct, sensational :D Just a pitty they put the support coach behind the engine and not on the rear would have looked smashing with the pullmans behind her, but hey never mind.

Difficult indeed but looks like you got some good shots after I left though. Tuesday's wasn't exactly a bundle of laughs either.
