The North London Society have closed its gate to public running for this seasion. We had a very busy first half with good weather and heavy passenger numbers, though a disapointing summer, the weather severly effecting those comming to our track - not least, those running engine. I have a collection of photographs up showing activity throughout the year, including the conpleation of our ground level extension and some new and visiting locos including a super A1, a De Winton, several 4-4-0s, Russell, a Manor and some impressive African visitors. The collection is here: http://www.chappers.fotopic.net/c1468230.html

In addition to this, there is a seperat collection for the gala weekend we held to open our extensions http://www.chappers.fotopic.net/c1538454.html and a none public day for invited visitors: http://www.chappers.fotopic.net/c1528613.html

Last years medly is also still to be found http://www.chappers.fotopic.net/c1201528_1.html

...For those of you that like working models and have some time to have a look.....

Not to be out done http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=-4TxSMUjTX4 has me driving one of the African engines

    Enjoy
