    From the NNR website:

The North Norfolk Railway is to donate the income from Easter Saturday (April 23rd) to the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway, which has recently been crippled by two landslips. The Railway suffered two severe embankment collapses, which have divided the railway in half. The Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway is currently limited to running a railcar service from it's Toddington headquarters, and a steam service from Cheltenham Racecourse to Winchcombe, and no service along the central section from Toddington to Winchcombe.

The North Norfolk Railway hopes to raise in excess of £10,000 for the GWR, to quote NNR Managing Director Hugh Harkett "When disasters like the embankment collapses on the GWSR happen, it’s vital that all of us in the heritage railway movement rally round". Members of the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway will be on hand during Easter Weekend to spearhead the fundraising effort.

Additionally in another further generous offer, the M&GN Society have also made the J15, a previous visitor to the GWSR, available to be used on Driver for a Fiver on the day.

Please help the NNR support the GWSR.
