2 months since the last NRM photo thingy from me, how time flies eh?

Mallard is back until September at least, Coppernob is in the Great Hall, Winston Churchill is in the workshop, Rocket is running, and the Station Hall is open again following it's refit. I haven't got good shots of the new exhibits in the Station Hall, besides the line that the goods stock is on is shut.

The new entrance to the NRM is now open including the shop, the old shop seems to be some arty installation with Wren in it. The freight road of the station hall is now open. The LMS brake coach is been painted to match Duchess of Hamilton. Weren't the only crimson liveried coaches that carried the go faster stripes the ones that went to America with '229? Or is it her support coach for a main line return in a few years?! You can see Anthony Coulls on the footplate of Rocket, a loco that must be fun to crew in wet weather!

It's a pity you didn't knock on the door about 4pm. You could've had a more interesting picture of coach in the paintshop.

    Damn!
First the ban on photographing 4472 now wrapping up coaches, where will it all end! (tongue in cheek btw) Princess Elizabeth has arrived for the LMS gala, the 02 was shunting Prince William & the 4-COR and the 09 that I saw outside the NRM's yard (http://www.flickr.com/photos/williamfj2/6035301197/in/set-72157627301495828) has now migrated into the NRM's south yard

45305 is now in the NRM's compound, 5000 is outside, 2818 hasn't left just yet, WCRC have left an inspection saloon in the South Yard, and there was a Network Rail rail head grinding unit in the South Yard as well. I'm thinking of going on Friday to see if 42085 & 48151 have arrived, depending on what I'm up to at the weekend.
