    Saturday 14th September, the Dartmouth Steam Railway is hosting the PDSR Explorer, an all day excursion visiting various sidings and loops not normally traversed by passenger trains.

    The 4 coach train will be hauled throughout the day by the DSRs home fleet of diesel including the 37, 03 and possibly others. The event is being organised by GWR staff based in South Devon in aid of the charity Samaritans.

    There is an on board raffle with a variety of excellent prizes on offer which have been kindly given by TOCs.
