Peak Rail The Night Shift 15 February

Peak Rail will be operating passenger and freight trains on the evening of 15th February from 5pm to 10pm

This is such an interesting idea for an event. I think I'll probably have to work that day but very tempted to do Butterley and Ecclesbourne in the daytime then head here if I can be free on that Saturday.

I haven't really followed goings on at Peak Rail that much in recent years, which locos are operational and might potentially feature in this?

For anyone wanting to make a weekend of it and visit other Derbyshire Railways:

• Butterley, have a two train service on Saturday & Sunday, featuring 16440, Eustace Forth no. 15 and 141113 https://www.midlandrailway-butterley.co.uk/calendar/train-operating-day-steam-hauled/
• Ecclesbourne Valley have 3 return trips from Wirksworth on Saturday https://www.e-v-r.com/timetable/ and a Peter Rabbit day on the Sunday https://www.e-v-r.com/peter-rabbit/

 

Ecclesbouurne should be Moorbarrow (from Gwili) top and tail D1842 both days .
