    Following the loss of Fotopic, I have started the arduous task of re-uploading some of the lost pictures onto Flickr. Only a few so far, but as the Penrhyn and Dinorwic pictures always seemed to be quite popular when on Fotopic, I have put some in a Flickr set :

    Wow! These are marvellous, thanks for uploading. I've got plenty of recent photos of the quarry on my stream but it must have been amazing to have seen it in operation.
