If you enjoy seeing and hearing minimum gauge steam hard at work, why not pop along to the Perrygrove Railway Vintage Trains afternoon this Sunday, 26th June? The format of the day will be similar to previous events, with one train operating to the usual timetable from 10:40am until lunchtime, followed by an intensive two train service featuring the Heywood vintage set during the afternoon, with the last train at 4:20pm.

‘Lydia’, ‘Spirit of Adventure’ and of course ‘Ursula’ should all be hauling passenger trains subject to availability, although on this occasion, the Garratt will not be in steam. Usual prices apply, with no need to book. For further details, see www.perrygrove.co.uk.
