Pictures Netherlands Indies 1900 - 1955

Good evening from the Netherlands!

Recently I came across a large collection of photographs and postcards with Netherlands Indies steamlocomotives, dating between 1900 and 1955. Part of them are factory-photographs, a few are of F. Moore's Railway Photography but most of them are made by unknown photographers.
The whole collection counts about 100 photographs and postcards and a lot of copies, cut-out articles and reproductions of photographs from books.

The reason I joined up here is twofold. Firstly I like to share these photographs with everyone who is interested. Secondly I would like to see if anyone can help me find the names of the photographers. I only have a few clues:

According to A.E. 'dusty' Durrant in his book ' PNKA power parade' this photograph was taken by 'the late H.M. le Fleming':

The following two photographs I also traced in Jack Rozendaal's book 'steam and rail in Indonesia.' No photographer is mentioned, only the remark 'courtesy of Christopher J. Walker':

Three of four photographs have intials written on the back. I'll post them here asap (likely tomorrow)
