Rolling Stock for Hire or Lease

    Due to sufficient stock being available for traffic on our line, the following are available for hire or lease:

    1. BR Mk 1 BSK, (4 compartments plus van space), vacuum braked, electric and steam heat, on Commonwealth bogies.

    2. BR Mk 1 SK, vacuum braked, electric and steam heat, on BR 1 bogies.

    Both could be placed back into traffic with little work other than a heavy clean and replacement of steam heat bags, etc

    Please note that these vehicles are not for sale, but we would be willing to release them on either short or long term hire/lease.
