A little while ago I stumbled quite by accidant the 'Railway Fan Romania' forum. Although I found that all the chat was in Romanian I took the plunge and regestered on Sunday and made a posting in English. To my supprise I have got some enthusiastic replies in very good english.
    See here. http://forum.railwayfan.ro/viewtopic.php?p=13956#13956
(Yes I regestered under the name Thumper I know)
I thought I would inform Nat Pres members incase others would like to offer a hand of freindship to fellow railway enthusiasts in this far off country. Their passions are like ours, fighting to preserve steam and looking to take over closing branch lines. Also they have a large modeling interest.
Their forum has exactly the same format as Nat Pres with exactly the same regestration page, be it in Romanian.
First click on Inregistrare (top right of front page)
You'll then have the normal small print page, Click on the top link option at the bottom of the page.
After this the next page will bring you to the actual registration page... Exactly the same as on Nat Pres
Then all you need to do is will in the top 4 boxes with your user ID, email address, pass word, confirm pass word. Once done go to the bottom of the page and click on Trimite (accept).
It is so simple, give it a go.
Here is there front page, you never know you might make some good freinds over there.
    The front page is
