    Russian Railways has signed an agreement with Vietnamese Railways and An Vien to jointly design and build new rail infrastructure in the country. The Vietnamese government wants to develop the country’s ageing railways and this deal goes a long way to assuring the construction and operation of a new railway line in South Vietnam.
