    Sad News.

Mike Vout is in the Royal United Hospital, Bath, Following a serious Stroke, which took place in Bitton, a couple of weeks ago.

He apparently was getting ready yo move to Medstead where he had recently bought a property.

I'm sure, those of you who know him would like to say a little prayer for him, and hope he pulls through,

Sad news indeed John! Its a shame that Mike will never get to see all the hard work he invested in Freddy come to fruition, although there's no doubting that he leave's her behind with a much brighter future to look forward too. RIP

Just seen pictures of the memorial service held at Ropley boilershop on Sunday in Mikes honour, on the London Midland Society Twitter feed.

Looked like a fine tribute to the man.

I think that was actually yesterday (Monday) Mr Vout's coffin was conveyed in a suitable fashion in the MHR's maroon brake and a shot service held in the Carriage Works at Ropley.
