    Tuesday 29th March will be 4 return trips to Staverton worked by an auto train. Onward connection to Totnes will be by Rail replacement bus. Departure times from Buckfastleigh and back from Staverton remain as shown on standard timetable.

    Blimey - that takes me back. This was my only steam trip in 1969 and could I get a decent picture of the loco.....:(? 6412 at Staverton with two auto trailers in front and two behind the loco, 8/7/69.

    How often do you run auto trains these days?

    Yes I am an active volunteer
    i presume the bus times are the same as train departure from Totnes station s cannot see any thing on website
