Will SKP be running in its Templecombe guise?

The Spring Gala working timetable booklet is now on SVR Live. Many thanks to the SVR!

Glad to see this has appeared without the row about it that we've had in previous years. Now all I need to do is study it till my brain aches!

Oh don't worry the usual row will be back as soon as the next ASG rolls round.

Does anyone know which way 1450 will be facing? It does not seem to be listed on the SVR website. Thanks!

The Llangollen pannier and 6990 have both arrived at Bridgnorth (the hall arrived today). Just awaiting the second pannier now of the std gauge guests.

From SVR FB, 7802 will not operate at the gala due to required boiler work. 34053 will cover on Friday and 2857 on Saturday and Sunday.

Planning on attending tomorrow. I've never been to a gala at the SVR and will be driving. Does the car prk at Kidderminster tend to fill up fast?

Relatively, if you're there before 9-9.30, you should be OK. Afterwards it might be less certain.

Car park fills up quite early but there is plenty of safe on road parking within a 10 minute walk of the station.

34053 also facing north now as well, unless it's turned before its first train of the day.

The SVR website is now saying that 6990 is unavailable for the duration of the gala due to running a hot axlebox.
