    Good to read that 10 grand has already been raised. What's the target for the overhaul?

    The Appeal is to support an overhaul, to begin in 2014 at the earliest. What Pendre may find when they take her to bits is a big question.

    A new boiler would cost around £100k, if we got to that by kind donations - that would be superb.
