Snowdon Mountain Railway.

Evening All,

As some of you may be aware, a film crew from the German TV railway programme 'Eisenbahn Romantik' ( http://www.swr.de/eisenbahn-romantik/index.html ) recently visited North Wales to make a film about the narrow gauge railways for a future broadcast. did you manage to see any signs of the other two locos that are under tarps? there was a post maybe on the old site about them.

 

The two under tarpaulins are frames & wheels only, from memory - no boilers.

But somewhere, taken on an old 110 camera in about 1991, I have a photo of one of them in steam!
