    Thought I would start this thread as it now only just over two weeks away and hopefully bring it to other enthusiast's attention. It's a chance to ride behind/photograph/enjoy a locomotive which is normally a few more miles further north on the Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway.
    The locomotive is the only preserved Class D49/1 4-4-0 BR No. 62712 'MORAYSHIRE' which is presently in BR lined black livery.
    Also, in my opinion, Barrow Hill Roundhouse is always worth a visit. There is always something of interest for all aspects of our Railway Enthusiasm, be it the preservation of all forms of traction or stored modern traction.
