Following the news that 33035 will be out of service for the next few months and that resident diesel shunter L J Breeze requires repairs to its starter motor, the EVR is calling upon its trusty steam locomotive No. 3 to perform shunting at Wirksworth on Saturday and to head a Duffield bound freight train, loaded with more material for the platform, on Monday.

The plan is for the train to leave Wirksworth between 11.00 and 12.00 , arriving at Duffield at around 14.00. No. 3 is then booked to work back to Wirksworth light engine.
