Looked superb as she raced past me at Charing today. Running to time or even a minute or two early. Ten plus a box on the back.

That background could look totally mind blowing in about a months time!

Charing was the fourth location I checked. The others were either too shady or overgrown. But I saw not a single other gricer out!

    Sussex Belle 28 Sept

Tangmere charging down the gradient from the water stop at Lenham - bang on time

I did, however, get the distinct feeling that the 47 on the rear was doing a little more than just tick over

The two threads on this tour have been combined.

Mention of the "b" word wants me to add a cropped closer shot taken a fraction of a second later!

Still cant see the b thing!

Sorry Ralph, I did check first.

    Yeti another senior moment.

Or should that read, "another senior moment for Yeti?"

Noticed that, but don't worry, they were both posted at exactly the same time. Good photos, both.

Was 10 early through Tunbridge Wells, so possible that the 47 was doing its bit up from Hastings.

Absolutely flying up to Polhill with the square thing on the back completely silent.

I went to Wadhurst and Tangy was having a slow run up the bank from Stonegate. I wanted to see sparks flying. I initially went to Snape Wood; but was so overgrown I decided to get to Wadhurst in a hurry. i got some shots; but because from the bridge at Wadhurst is so overgrown they didn't come out as i would have liked.
Does anyone know of any good spots between Frant & Stonegate where you could likely get an open shot of them charging up the bank/s? Thanks in advance.

My short video of her making even shorter work of the climb to Polhill. Apologies for the wind noise, I'll get a dedicated camcorder with a good mic at some point, I promise! :lol:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=766wSMu0acM

I almost stopped at Charing, but went on to Lenham. The bridge you went to Bryan is usually heaving

Possibly not the best choice of words in the current climate.

Was the "box" there as a result of the current climate or was it because it was Tangmere's first trip back from sick leave?
