SVR Flying Scotsman line reopening & Swinging sixties event Saturday 26th July 2025

I travelled down to the SVR yesterday Saturday 26th July for the swinging sixties event and visiting 60103 Flying Scotsman for the reopening specials

Sadly all services apart from 60103 ones were diesel hauled
All the steam locos that should have been used were stabled at Bewdley

Part 2 of Saturdays photos features diesel workings and locos on Kidderminster diesel shed
(Usually the only 2 class 52's you see are D1015 & D1062) but on Saturday

D1062 Western Courier, 20048,20189 & D9551 were doing the passenger train services,D9551 failed in the afternoon at Bridgnorth causing the cancellation of the 2:10pm service to Kidderminster
