    Seeing as a number of railways have threads to provide updates, thought I'd provide one for Swanage.

    One task that has been completed over the winter is the repainting of the Wessex Belle into Carmine Cream. 3 of the 4 coaches have been completed, and below is a shot of the 08 shunting one of them out of the Goods shed and then two of 34028 positioned ontop of them over the weekend. Looks very smart and gives the WB an identity of its own now IMO, something different from the former green livery.

    Class 08 diesel shunter D3591 has now returned to Swanage after undergoing thorough overhaul on The Battlefield Line at Shackerstone. It appears to have been outshopped in as-built BR Green without Yellow/Black chevrons.
