Guests at Sweden’s famous ICEHOTEL will be able to book their very own London Underground-themed room later this year.

The train carriage design has been submitted by British film director Marcus Dillistone, whose notable credits include being the associate music director for the Athens 2004 Olympics opening and closing ceremonies.

The ICEHOTEL in Jukkasjärvi, Sweden, will be constructed over eight weeks between October and December, and this year celebrates its 24th birthday.

Every year, designs are sought for 11 themed ‘art suites’.
