    Hello

I am trying to identify the numbers (and build details if possible) of the tenders that are preserved behind GWR/SR/LMS/LNER/BR steam locomotives.

I thought I would start by asking about LNER tenders, since there are fewest LNER tender locomotives preserved. They are also hardest to identify as the number plate for the tender isn't very visible.

Below is a partial list - if anyone can help fill the gaps or correct any mistakes I would be grateful. Websites of the owning groups/railways rarely give details about the tender.

I have used the BR number of the steam locos (if it carried one)
    • 60007 - 5324
    • 60008 - 5671
    • 60009 - 5484
    • 60010 - 5326
    • 60019 - 5638
    • 60022 - 5670 (but carries plate of 5642)
    • 60103 - 5325
    • 60163 - ???
    • 60532 - ???
    • 60800 - ???
    • 61264 - 4254
    • 61306 - 4296
    • 61572 - ???
    • 61994 - 7570
    • 62005 - ???
    • 62277 - ???
    • 62712 - 6022 (can anyone confirm this please?)
    • 62785 - ???
    • 63395 - ???
    • 63460 - ???
    • 63601 - ???
    • 65033 - ???
    • 65243 - ???
    • 65462 - ???
    • 65567 - ???
    • 65894 - ???
    • GNR 1 - ???
    • GNR 251 - 1382
    • GNR 990 - ???
    • NER 910 - ???
    • NER 1275 - ???
    • NER 1463 - ???
    • NER 1621 - ???
I'm also aware there are additional LNER tenders not currently paired with a loco, so if anyone can provide details of these too, that would be great.

    Thanks

    Phil
