    So 70013 not available, now 70000 failed and not available (?). The load is 8 coaches (+pob I assume) so motive power options limited to class 8 locos (in theory). What options are available 6024??

    UKSteam.info confirms "Spud I" is the latest choice for Saturday's train. A very acceptable substitute for a trip to Plymouth, I'd say. Let's hope there are no further changes of plan. If she gets a sensible schedule, and she's in good health, I'm sure she'll put on a good show.
