    Hopefully the King will be back in action for this one. If not PTR will need to decide very soon whether to find a replacement loco or postpone to a later date.

    It's now less than a month to go until this tour, and no news about 6024. Anyone know whether the tour is still going ahead?

    No I do not currently volunteer
    I had a mini-brochure from Past Time in the post yesterday. This trip is featured and 6024 is down as hauling it yet the picture they have used on that page shows 70013 :-k I am still wondering whether it's worth booking on this trip or is it going to be cancelled if 6024 is not available?

    Yes I received the brochure too. I'm booked on the tour and PTR have now debited the full amount from my card. The fact that there is no news about 6024 does not bode well, but we shall see...
