    The second Heritage Railway Association (HRA) / Steam Railway magazine Readers’ Award has come around again. Last year, Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway-based Cotswold Steam Preservation group won the award for their restoration of vintage GWR 2-8-0 no. 2807.
