Tour locos 33109 & 33116 & 4TC’s 410 & 417



8-TC booked, but 410 had dragged its brakes and was failed at Acton Central as a result of the parking brake having been left on. Half the passengers were turfed out at Acton Central then the defective unit was removed at Cricklewood
