    Commuters at Radlett railway station may benefit from bigger platforms and security could be improved by CCTV cameras.

    The £3.5 billion plan by Network Rail to improve the entire St Albans to Kings Cross line, would see platforms made big enough for 12 train carriages, instead of the current eight.
