Two railway-related exhibitions in St Albans, Hertfordshire

    There are two exhibitions with railway connections currently running in St. Albans, Herts.

    1. "Lost Railways of Hertfordshire"
    At the Museum of St Albans, Hatfield Road, near the city centre.
    A modest exhibition about closed railway lines in Hertfordshire, including the Hatfield-St Albans and the Welwyn-Harpenden-Dunstable branches and others. Exhibits include the diagram of Hatfield No. 2 box from the collection at St Albans South signal box.
    The museum is open 10am-5pm Monday-Sats and 2-5pm Sundays. Free admission. The exhibition runs until February.

    2. Photographic Exhibition
    At St Albans City station foyer.
    Photographs by St Albans residents, including exterior and interior views of St Albans South signal box. Open when the station is open. Runs until mid-December.
