    Doesn't somewhere on there net there exist a list of locomotives in the Uk both in public and private hands...I am sure I've seen it before

    Note the one I was on before...as I looked up my old neighbour on it...and he isn't on that one

    Nearly 20 years ago this site was set up with sepparate pages for GWR, SR, LMS, LNER and BR locos.

    It not only lists them all, but also their locations. Unfortunately those locations have not been updated during the intervening years, so many are wrong.

    Hmmm, not the one I was on before...maybe it doesn't exist! Only want to find out if there are any private collections of narrow gauge locos in Wiltshire...never mind
