Video Footage of WDs 90775 & 90733 Needed - Can you help?

    I'm looking to produce a DVD covering the War Department Austerities 90775 & 90733 (and possibly Vera Lynn), with the profits going to fund the restoration of WD 90775 which went out of ticket last year.

    At the moment, I'm testing the waters and am just making a few enquiries, but if you have any good quality footage of either WD 2-10-0 or 2-8-0 that you would be able to contribute, then that'd be smashing and I'd like to hear from you. Footage will need to be in digital format, preferably HD where possible. Theoretically, Analogue footage may be of use if it is in Digital Format, but the 16:9 to 4:3 ratios may be a problem. The reason for being mainly interested in 90775 and 90733 is because I'd expect most film of Vera Lynn to be in Analogue. Even so, every little helps!

    This project is only being done to raise some funds for a brilliant locomotive that is now sadly out of ticket and hopefully such a DVD can go some way to help bring it back and keep the loco fresh in the mind.

    Hi there, I just thought you might be interested to know that 90775 appeared in an episode of Yorkshire televisions series Heartbeat. It was repeated today (Sunday 28th Nov 2010) and the engine ran on the NYMR with the nameplate "The Vera Lynn". There was certainly some good quality footage, from being in a yard, through to running and eventually stopping at Goathland (Aidensfield in the series).
